RETURN &
REFUND POLICY

The Exchange/Refund must be Requested under 30 days of the Purchase/Delivery. No refund/ exchanges can be done after the 30 days period. 

 

● The Refund/Exchange will only be processed once the original item is received and inspected.

 

● A purchase can only be refunded/exchanged if the tag is still attached to the item and The bill of sale is presented with the return.

 

● All Exchanges/Refunds must be securely packed and mailed to 300 lake circle Madison,ms, 39110

 

● Exchanges can only be made for items with similar or lesser value, any request for an exchange for a higher value item will be canceled and the original purchase will be sent back

 

● Any kind of tempering of the product or damage in the condition it was originally sent will result in no Refund/Exchange.

 

● The Refund/Exchange will be processed in 5-7 business days after the inspection.

 

● The Refund will be sent to the original method of payment.
